What is Pinnacle Club?

Established in 2012, Pinnacle Club is an independent entity to promote and develop team members of independent contractor State Farm Insurance Company Agents. This group is composed of dedicated agents that are excited about motivating and recognizing team members for all of their hard work! This team member program and website is sponsored by a group of State Farm agents. State Farm is not responsible for this program or site.

How is it tracked?

The qualifications for Pinnacle Club are based on production numbers from January 1st – December 31st. On a monthly basis each participating team member will be asked to submit their monthly production numbers by the 5th of each month (starting March 5th, 2018).  Each team member will receive a monthly reminder (on the 1st of each month) to send their production numbers to sfpinnacleclub@gmail.com. Each month the Pinnacle Club website will be updated with the most current production numbers.  The Pinnacle Club was created to celebrate individual team member successes. As a result, participation in the Pinnacle Club will be on  an individual basis only. All production numbers submitted and tracked should be for the individual team member. The qualifications for all awards have changed to provide more of a focus on quality, instead of quantity. Please see attached levels for more information.

How do I get involved?

If you are interested in entering your team member(s) in the Pinnacle Club, please send Jeremy Jackson (MMIC) an email with the name(s) of each team member participating. Once we received your email for participation, you will receive an invoice. The deadline to sign your team member(s) up is
May 11, 2018.

NOTE: Team members/Agent Aspirants are allowed to pay their own registration (with the agents approval) to participate in the program.

There will be a $25 late fee per team member for anyone who registers after
the deadline.

What's the cost?

The cost of the Pinnacle Club membership is $100 per team
plus $100 agency cost. For example, Agent has 2 team
members participating; the total cost will be $300 ($100 for
each team member and $100 for the agency cost). This fee
covers the cost of the banquet, awards, bookkeeping,
record keeping and website maintenance. Please make all
